To access this service, employees MUST make an appointment by email with Nadia Ramirez at nramire1@jhmc.org

Free notarized documents are limited to two. Additional notarized documents are $2 per document.

From Tuesday to Friday, the opening hours remain the same from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Great News!!

Medisys EFCU members using our Visa Debit Card are just a few taps away from the new Mobile Card Management and Spend Tracking features now available in our mobile app!

Set transaction limits, view spending insights, receive fraud alerts, and more!

Add your card to the Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or Samsung Wallet and make purchases directly from your mobile device!

From within the Medisys EFCU mobile app, simply tap on Cards to get started.

Please note: Members must be enrolled in Virtual Branch in order to use the Medisys EFCU mobile app.  Members must have a Share Draft (checking) account in order to use our Visa Debit Card. The app can be downloaded to your mobile device from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

New PIN selection process and phone number

Great news!  We now have a new telephone number for debit card holders to use to be able to change their PIN.  Members can use 1-800-992-3808 to call Card Self Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

New card holders will use this number to both activate their new card and select a PIN.

Existing card holders will use this number to change their PIN number. 

We will no longer be sending PIN mailers or using reference numbers to change the PIN.

 

Visa Purchase Alerts

Medisys EFCU Visa Debit Card holders can now enroll their card in Visa Purchase Alerts in order to closely monitor their transaction activity.  When you sign up to receive Purchase Alerts, you will set up parameters and then receive an email and/or a text message when a qualifying transaction takes place. Purchase Alerts help you keep better track of your money and identify fraudulent transactions more quickly.  Triggers can include: dollar amount, international transactions, or card-absent transactions.  Sign up at Visa.com/PurchaseAlerts and start receiving alerts today!
